Results:Jani Lovrič from Slovenia, was born on 14/12/1996 in Koper.
Last year he graduated and now he is studing traffic on University of Ljubljana.In 2004 he started sailing on optimist, then on laser and 470, but sailing was boring for him so he started windsurfing five years ago and soon he bought some slalom equipment.
At the moment he is using Starboard boards and Challenger sails.Beside windsurfing he still loves to sail sometimes, and do some SUP sessions.He is competing in slalom for five years now and he did quite some races.In 2012 he competed in his first IFCA worlds juniors championship on Lago di Garda and finished on 31 place.Then he finished on 17th place on IFCA youth World championship inCosta Brava and on 12th place on IFCA European youth championship in Croatia, BolIn 2015 he finished on 17th place on IFCA European youth championship in Hyeres, France and on 12th place on IFCA youth World championship in Reggio Calabria. In 2016 he finished 24th on IFCA worlds in Bol, Croatia.He also competed on three Defi Winds and he got the following places: 193th, 91th and 134th overall and always in top 5 youths.He is also following the Croatian slalom tour and he always does somegood results.He was assigned the ”Superior Athlete” status from the Slovenian Olympic Committee.
